So busy all of the time!!!

It's just been crazy around here at the moment - every day seems busier than the last and as such I feel like my organised eating had gone out the window luckily the scales were forgiving (total to date 20.8kgs) but Carmel gave me the talking to I needed so no more subway for me for a while.

I did manage to get a couple of pages done for some challenges at LSBS. I think I might have to make the time to stay back after work and do some crops/classes to force me to sit down!! Once a month we will be having a staff meeting before a friday night crop so that will be cool to stay back after that - might have to try and talk the Werribee and Lara chicks into coming too!!

So, It's Official

For the CC at Scrap Therapy on the weekend they had a challenge to show your first page. I don't have a copy of my first page but this is my second page (or there abouts)

I also did this page for a challenge - and unfortuately that was all I managed to comple for the CC - I think I'm still bummed that my Scrappy Faves from the last CC didn't win LMAO

I so rarely scrap nowadays............

I'm sure lots of people are the same but i so rarely scrap "just for me" or "just because" Almost everything I scrap nowadays if either for a challenge/comp. Everything has an ulterior motive or so to speak. None of taht is in a bad way just saying that I seem to be in lots of comps atm LOL

Anyway that changed today for a fleeting moment when I scrapped a page for my mums graduation. Alas the Kindyglitz isn't dry yet so you'll have to wait for that one.

I think I found our new vacuum!!!!!!!

After hours of research I think i have finally found the vac for us. With 2 dogs a 3 year old and the werribee dust we need a mighty machine and the $99 sanyo bought from panasales 8 years ago just ain't cutting the mustard anymore.

I had narrowed it down to the Miele s5210 ($399) and the Wertheim 2000 ($499) both rated highly by Choice.com.au. Retravison had the Miele and I rang Godfreys about it but they didn't stock it. They did however have the Miele S 712 for $299 with trade in. So Bennett and I are off to have a look at it, he is adament that it should be pink but I'll see how he likes the black one.
